Rat Control

Inspection, baiting and trapping, plus advice on sealing the gaps rats use to get in.

Rat Control

Rats damage wiring, contaminate food and spread disease. They get in through gaps around pipes, drains, roofs and doors, and come back if those gaps stay open.

Signs you may have rats

  • Scratching or running sounds in the ceiling or walls at night
  • Droppings along walls, in cabinets or near food
  • Gnaw marks on food packaging, wood or cables
  • Greasy rub marks along walls and skirting

How we treat rats

We inspect to find how they are getting in, then set bait stations and traps in the right places. We also show you which gaps to seal so they don’t return. [confirm baiting/trapping approach and number of visits]
